Additional sleeping space is provided via the sofa bed in the living room. In order to make the main lofted sleeping area more spacious the architects included a dormer in the roof, though just on one side. The sleeping area is accessible via a ladder. The bathroom is also very spacious and well-lit from above by the skylight.
Even though this house is used only as a temporary home, I see no real reason why it couldn’t be a permanent home for someone looking to downsize. It’s equipped with everything one would need, and offers a very well thought out floor plan.
