I first noticed this genuine weeHouse on Mrs. French's site last month (see here, here, and here). The Oceanside Prefab, as it's know, is on a picturesque spot on the Oregon coast and available for rent should you have any interest. The home was assembled with two 14' x 50' modules by Stratford Homes and designed by none other than Alchemy Architects.
The 1,400 square-foot weeHouse has friendly 4' overhangs, coastal grade sliding glass doors, a tight envelope, HardiePlank exterior panels, and a heat recovery ventilator to keep the air fresh and reduce internal moisture.
Not to mention an incredible view.
Over the last few years, we've features several weeHouses, including the Johnson Creek, McGlasson, and Marfa homes. We like them because Alchemy Architects provides a number of eco-friendly standard and available options in a beautiful and perfectly sized package.

Glad to see more home owners utilize a wood burning fireplace. I’d love to have a wood burning fireplace/stove combo but more in an urban environment rather than a rural ‘farm house’ I typically see.
Gorgeous view. I would love to live there.

Cool, small home in a beautiful location. What more could one ask for?!
That is very cool. And living in Oregon, if it’s still available for rent I’ll have to check it out.
Where exactly is this home and is is still for rent?
It’s in Oceanside, Oregon:

Wow, very sweet and beautiful house is present here. I like this house. A house is designed in very stylish way and nicely decorated. Mostly I like the place of outside near sea and your house out lounge is so beautiful.
