Vegas is the least green city in the country so it would be great to see some changes there. It’s gotta come from one of the big developers making a stand and possibly embracing a boutique green hotel as opposed to a 3500 room behemoth.
But Nevada does have one of the most progress tax breaks for green projects of any state. They’re doing some green stuff, but it’s not renovation/rehab stuff (from what I’ve seen) … it’s more like the new $7b CityCenter Project.
