Bright Line is a New Clean Water System

Another “Must-See” product at the recent KBIS 2012 was the Triflow Bamboo faucet in the Bright Line by Zuvo Water.  Zuvo Water makes smart, cloud-connected, water-filtration products, and Triflow is one of the new products showcased by the company.  Triflow has LED lights and connects with a smartphone app that allows an owner to monitor water consumption, filter status, and access filtering reports about the local water supply.

New Elements Surface Launches in Texas

Elements by Durcon is officially launching in the DFW market in Texas, where it is also manufactured (about 200 miles from Dallas in Taylor).  The eco-friendly surface is made with a proprietary blend of at least 10% post-consumer recycled glass, natural quartz minerals, and resin to create a low-VOC material that’s solid, non-porous,  and “never requires sealing,” according to Durcon.

Viola Park, a company of Henrybuilt, has been growing this year with new offerings and a showroom in Los Angeles.  The company makes eco-friendly, modular kitchens, sold directly to consumers, with a full system of cabinets, pulls, drawer inserts, work surfaces, backsplashes, shelving systems, and integrated lighting.

Bazzèo in a Kitchen Preservation Project

Earlier this month, the Historic Savannah Foundation gave a preservation award to a 54-year old, mid-century modern home in Savannah, Georgia.  We were able to get some detail and photos of the kitchen renovation aspect from Bazzèo, a New Jersey-based manufacturer of green kitchen and bath cabinets.  The design retained the original kitchen layout, but water-damaged kitchen and bath cabinets were replaced.

Sleek Recyclable Kitchen by Valcucine
