Behind the Scenes at Sett Studio [Video]

Twin SIP Panel Sett Studios in Austin

Several months ago, I shared photos of a tiny studio shed by Texas-based Sett Studio and want to share details of cool new project by the same firm in same area.  Sett Studio recently worked with The Goodlife Team, a local real estate company, and created these two studios that are now being used as extra space for the company’s expanding East Austin offices.

The Patina of Prefab on the Blanco River

This is the Blanco River House by Austin-based Ma Modular.  The home, located in Wimberley, Texas, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1,400 square feet, and tons of outdoor deck space.  Ma Modular delivered the prefab home with 2×6 exterior wall construction, Gerkin windows with thermally broken frames, a Galvalume double-lock standing-seam metal roof, and an Energy Star heating and cooling system, etc.  All together, this home was built for $140 per square foot.
