Another month is now gone, and it flew by fast.  We tried to balance out our coverage with a better approach to products and technology.  Vantage was kind enough to show us their energy management system, and Oxygenics let us test out their new luxury showerhead.  (I'm still testing it out, by the way).  If you have a green product that you'd like us try, let's get in contact.  Also, we're moving along with the job site, and from the stats, it seems like a lot of you are taking advantage of the new green job board.  Check the Twitter and Facebook, and let's share, like, and retweet.  Here's last month:

In addition to celebrating our third blog birthday, we were able to talk about some cool projects and technology in the month of July.  A trend that's out there is what I'm calling the "flight to multi-family."  Keep an eye on this.  Also, Angela won The Earth-Sheltered House book giveaway, and Fultojd won the Strategy for Sustainability book giveaway.  We have 5-6 other books on the shelf right now, which you can expect in giveaways this month.  But before we get to that, check out these articles below to see if you missed something:

June Monthly of Green Articles

Wow!  The month went by quickly and the prefab world is ablaze, isn't it?  There's a lot of interesting talk, but I think we all know that prefab won't go anywhere until it's like the iPhone: stylish, approachable, and dead simple (which is also why community development is the new 3G S).  Simultaneously, talk of Passive House and tiny living is getting louder and more interesting.  Relatedly, the USGBC wants to close the performance gap with their new iteration and energy reporting requirements, but federal level legislation could shake up the entire playing field.  We're monitoring all of it -- expect some long form opinion editorial soon.  While you're waiting, check out a few articles that you may have missed:

May Monthly of Green Articles

It's been another record breaking month in terms of visitors and daily subscribers, and comments are starting to heat up, too.  As you can tell below, we wrote a number of articles on homes and prefab.  Topics such as modern homes, passivhaus, aktivhaus, energy efficiency, etc., seem to get more action.  And giveaways do well, too.  I'll try to get through a few more green books next month.  Expect more unique and original content, because that's what we do.  Contact us if you have a story that needs to be told.  And get your real-time fix @jetsongreen or your green job fix @greenerjobs. 

April Monthly of Green Articles

Wow, it's been an incredible month!  This site has seen the most activity in its history, and I'm constantly amazed at the pace of green building innovation.  We're in a crazy market, yet this space isn't letting up at all.  Certainly, we now know that Living Buildings can be cost effective, Earth Day will be controversial, homes can be better and more affordable, and buildings should consume less energy.  Check out some of the articles we've written in April -- right click and open?  Also, try Twitter, if you're looking for a greener job. 

March Monthly of Green Articles

It's been another fantastic month here at Jetson Green!  As you can tell with the above word cloud generated from article titles, we talked a lot about prefabs, homes, LEED, modernism, and all things "green."  Our coverage of technology and news was a little lacking, but tell me what you think.  If we're not talking about something that needs to be talked about, let us know.  Certainly, with Living Future 09 (Cascadia GBC's Unconference) from May 6-8, 2009, we'll be preparing a few articles on living buildings, biomimicry, and LEED for April and May.  In the mean time, follow us on Twitter or contact us if we lost your email or something ... check out last month's articles and read what you might have missed. 

February Monthly of Green Articles

Another month has come to a close, and even more than before, I'm both humbled and amazed by the green building community.  There's so much going on, and it's really fun to follow.  The short month of February has been another record breaking month for the site as it served over 125k unique readers and more RSS subscribers than ever.  Going forward, I'm constantly trying to provide a unique and high-quality perspective -- thanks for your patience and kind nudging.  Tons of emails have been flagged and soon our team will get to every great idea.  If you have a great idea, contact or advertise with us.  In the mean time, re-read what February was all about.

Once again, it's been another record-breaking month here at Jetson Green and we're excited to welcome all the new readers.  Thanks for subscribing!  We have a new president and lots of clamoring for the big government money.  We've taken the liberty of not reporting much on the economy, though, because we're focusing on green homes, projects, and products like nobody's business.  If you have something that we should be talking about, make sure to email or contact us.  Also, as you already know, we're trying out some new ad spots and want to thank our new advertisers, 1st Replacement Windows and Charles & Hudson.  Here's some of what we've focused on in January:
