This is Canada’s first LivingHome, and it’s located on 20 Senlac Road in Toronto, Ontario. The home, registered for LEED and seeking LEED Platinum certification, is complete and furnished, though the exterior still needs landscaping. The modern prefab LivingHome was developed by Nexterra Green Homes, a company that builds individual and enclave homes that are modern, upscale, and environmentally friendly.
20 Senlac Road, which we previewed earlier, has an open and luxe great room with a Dekla kitchen, Euro-Line appliances, Caesarstone Quartz Reflections surfaces, and a Scandinavian-style gas stove from Classic Fireplace.
It’s finished with PARA Paint low- and no-VOC paints, Invision hardwood floors, and energy-efficient lighting from Eurolite.
Other products and materials included in the green prefab include Wetstyle bathtubs, sinks, and furniture, Canaroma porcelain tile, Aquabrass water-efficient faucets and showers, and curated mix of art and furnishings from DwellStudio, Gus* Modern, ella+Elliot, Urban Mode, Bev Hisey, Pehr, JM&Sons, Heidi Earnshaw, Atelier 688, MADE, and AGO Art Rental + Sales.
