Will prefab ever catch on? Absolutely, I’ve seen more in the news and of real people’s houses in the past 5 years than I had in my whole life. Granted I’m only 24, but they look so much nicer today, are brand new, and eco-friendly. Normal people are buying, those downgrading (like grandparents), and the “green” crowd are all interested. As long as the designs are fresh, new, and there’s something for everyone, who wouldn’t they catch on?
